Medical Daycare

Since 1987 The Straight & Narrow Adult Medical Day Care Center provided outpatient care services to those who have special medical needs.  Daily nursing and medical supervision, group and individual drug and alcohol counseling, pastoral care, massage therapy, health education classes, dietary counseling and case management services are just some of the many services.  

The MDC located at 180 First Street in Passaic New Jersey is slotted to discontinue providing services at that location as of May 2, 2019. MDC clients who are residents of the Straight and Narrow Apartments will continue to access services within the organization as part of our Case Management team at the apartments and the S&N Drug and Alcohol Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient programs in Paterson.
 
Clients who attend the MDC program that do not reside at the S&N apartments will receive a warm hand-off to another Medical Day Care Program. The S&N staff in compliance with all HIPAA criteria will coordinate this process.
