Catholic Charities, Fr. English Food Pantry was recently featured on the CBS Morning News with John Elliot. Peyton Triano, a 12-year old philanthropist proudly gave back to help those most in need.
Catholic Charities strives to provide help, create hope, and promote justice. In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we will be welcoming volunteers to our Fr. English Food Pantry in Paterson on Monday and have recently formed a Justice Committee. "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for Justice."
To assist with our eviction prevention endeavors, we recently received a $10,000 grant made possible through Catholic Charities USA and the Felician Sisters of North America Francis Fund.
As we persevere through 2021, we reflect on 2020. COVID-19 has reshaped our world. We have all experienced personal loss. The most vulnerable in our society have been most impacted by this crisis. Like always, Catholic Charities has persevered on.
