Crystal Springs Resort/Wiegand Farm Golf Classic 2021 COVID-19 Safety Measures
We are proud to bring back our Wiegand Farm Golf Classic as our first live fundraising event in nearly 2 years!
As we continue to persevere through COVID-19, your support is needed more than ever.
We are working with Crystal Springs to provide a safe experience for all of our golfers, volunteers and participants.
What to Expect at the Course:
- Golf carts may be driven on fairways.
- Cart Fees: Golfers may request a single rider cart
- Water coolers, ball washers and bunker rakes have been removed from the golf courses.
- Rental clubs will be available.
Important Rules that Golfers Must Follow:
- Maintain 6' distance from other golfers and course employees at all times.
- Do not play through other groups, and do not congregate at tee boxes.
- Do not touch flag sticks, boundary markers, benches or any other fixtures.
- Do not share clubs or touch another golfer's equipment.
- If you do not feel well, stay home.
The Banquet lines will have a Plexiglas divider between the Crystal Springs attendant and the outing guests. The CS attendant will plate each individual so will be the only person handling the serving utensils. The CS attendant will be masked and gloved for everyone’s safety. Seating will follow the Governor’s safety protocols in place at the time of the event.
For 2021, our banquet will be held outside. Our silent auction will be minimized this year to allow for social distancing. We expect to have a lesser number of golfers than in prior years; with our goal of getting back to “normal” in 2022.
